They are closed Mondays and holidays. They are open Tuesday - Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM and Sundays: Noon - 4 PM. These are the current hours on their website, I just checked.
Yes. The walkway to get to the raptor enclosures and the Aviary are both handicap accessible. There are handicap accessible restrooms in the Visitor Center and Education Center.
