Guests including Lulu Wang, Barry Jenkins, Prabal Gurung, Laura Kim and more welcomed the Year of the Snake — and the start of New York Fashion Week — with fried chicken and cognac on Monday night.

Last night, Phillip Lim and Hennessy joined forces once again to host their annual Lunar New Year dinner. This time, to usher in the Year of the Snake, the festivities took place at Coqodaq, the Flatiron District’s premiere fried chicken eatery that’s become a hot spot for the fashion crowd.

Underneath the gilded serpentine arches at the city's new-ish hotspot Cocodaq, Phillip Lim hosted his fourth annual Lunar New Year celebration.
