Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed a new Ukrainian offensive in Russia’s Kursk region and said that North Korean troops are fighting alongside Russian forces there.

According to Russian military bloggers, Ukrainian forces attacked southeast of Sudzha, advancing toward the settlements of Fanaseevka and Ulanok.

Before advancing 2.5 kilometers, our forces hit their command post, killing a large number of officers. I was told that 20 officers died, including senior North Korean and Russian officers,” Zelenskyy stated.
