The prosecution in the criminal trial of former Glynn County District Jackie Johnson suffered a massive blow Monday when the presiding judge dismissed one of the two charges in the case.
George Barnhill testified that former Brunswick District Attorney Jackie Johnson did not influence or interfere with the case after she recused herself.
