A man and woman were found dead inside the back of a U-Haul in Sacramento on Thursday, the police department said. Officials later said the deaths appeared to be an accident and a charcoal grill was located in the back of the truck near the bodies.

Two people were found dead in the back of a U-Haul in Sacramento Thursday evening. The Sacramento Police Department said they were called for a suspicious vehicle report along the 4600 block of Cosumnes River Boulevard.
