2009年5月7日 · Yeah as I think on it I realize that even my own chickens could have picked the bones after a predator killed the duck and took what it wanted. Since I have no idea when the attack happened we are monitoring the chicken/duck area very carefull and from now on, everyone goes into lock down if we are gone for the entire day.

2012年5月26日 · Losing a duck to a violent death can be very traumatic to everyone including the other duck who witnessed it (I just dealt with this a few months ago). In my opinion giving him back would be more along the lines of abandoning him since he is now very bonded to you. I would at least try to find a companion for him. Where are you?
