I am trying to run through the bleeding procedure within ISTA+ using the DSC diagnostic system (after performing manual bleed). I intend to replace pads and rotors on front, install stainless steel brake lines and change fluid in system. The e39 Bentley manual states "The BMW Service Tester must be used to bleed brakes if: 1) Any hydraulic component is relaced, such as brake lines.
