I have 188K on a 2007 deleted 6.7. past few years temps keep rising during heavy pulling. I found cracks in the side plastic of my radiator last month, so I replaced the radiator with a Cold Case radiator and added a 180-degree thermostat.

2024年12月5日 · The engine is fully mechanical and previous owner put a VE Pump from the 89-93 5.9 into it. Had a few issues but I generally can fix mechanical problems. Today after cold starting the truck (15°F) I noticed it was streaming diesel. I pin pointed the leak to the bottom area of the be pump facing away from the engine from some sort of flange.

2024年11月29日 · The truck cranks but the fuel pump will not turn on to pressurize the line. Last time I bump started it, then the fuel pump ran for like 15 seconds or so. Now there’s nothing even when I bump started it. So I don’t think there’s a fuel pump or wiring problem, but more like a relay or something that’s not letting the pump get any power.

2024年12月29日 · I recommend a pump shop reseal the pump at this point You could try: Mark barrel placement on pump. Remove barrel and change O ring. Make sure barrel PRECISELY goes back in original position. Failure to do so will cause pump imbalance. (Will you ever know?) As always opening the pump allows the risk of a million other problems.

2024年12月13日 · 2003 stock CP3 pump recently started cutting power, sometimes below idol speed. Codes pulled P0088. If the CP3 is going out, will it throw metal shavings into the fuel rail and injectors like it will a PowerStroke? I know i should do the injectors soon but is it imperative i do them right now? Other codes are P2509 and P0251

2024年11月22日 · Pump installed and belt routed, filled with coolant and she's working flawlessly again. I assume with how loose the water pump pulley was it was causing the belt to slip on the alternator which was causing the charging issues. 2021年1月22日 · Need the pump + pulley (mopar new comes with pulley installed) plus the slotted mounting bracket and new line that has a banjo bolt. If you still have the 4 bolt steering box the ZF pump works great. If you get or have a 6 bolt box, the 12 pump is a major upgrade.
