👋🏻👋🏻I just wanted to share my appreciation for the skating community. I went last night for the very first time, it was an adult skate night at a local rink (sooo hidden in what looked like an abandoned warehouse) and had so much fun learning and getting the hang of it.

Hi derby friends, Part of my job within my league is to create content for social media platforms. I would love to hear how other leagues create content, I have a hard time gathering footage because we only really film during practice and 1) I'm really focused at practice and 2) I don't want to bother others during their practice time either.

Yeah, sometimes they get stuck. Usually when this happens, you can free them by holding the bottle at a slightly downward angle (not completely upside down, in case of a spill) and pressing firmly on the ball while rolling it back and forth.

2019年7月11日 · I use a foam roller on my back before every workout. Feels GREAT and pops my back. I usually have a lot of tightness in my mid back and it helps a lot. Don’t really roll out much else. Occasionally I’ll do a quad or a shoulder if I have some insane DOMS, but my back always feels so much better after a quick foam roll and popping.

2022年12月26日 · What I mean is stuff like “It’s NM aside from X” or “it’s a BGS 10 aside from the roller marks” or “it’s NM for a 93/94 card” or things like that. A card can’t be NM if it has a defect. It doesn’t matter if it’s a common defect like UNL roller marks, or printer hickeys that show up on a large percent of some ARN rares.

2024年1月31日 · I'll keep this quick. I have the chuck-style rotary kit pro, and the instructions say to use "40" for the mm/rotation setting but I get oversized skewed results.
