Otherwise, I'd suggest you follow these steps: Remove Spotify from Apps and Websites on Facebook. Since you mentioned that the device you're trying to download Spotify on is an Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet (7th generation), make sure that the device meets our minimum system requirements as this can be the reason why it says that the app isn't available.

Have you tried installing Spotify from a different source to see if that does the trick? if you downloaded the app from our website, try the version from the Microsoft Store instead and vice versa. If you have several audio output devices connected to your PC, check if the correct one is set for Spotify.

I recently had a router firmware update that reset my DNS servers on the router to 'use ISP DNS servers'. I personally like using Cloudflare DNS servers.
