2024年2月9日 · The leather sheath sans clip is square enough, that it doesnt shift much in the pocket. I do how ever take it out of the pocket to re-insert the knife. I sometimes wear German (repro) moleskin pants with a side 'pocket within a pocket.' With those pants, its easy to leave the sheath in the pocket and drawing/re-inserting the knife.

In my case there is a tray in a drawer that a friend gave me at home where my users rest when they are not on me. . When I want to switch or get another knife I go to the tray. I have never had a pocket knife slip out of my pocket.

2025年1月24日 · So, you use WD-40 to clean a knife, then you clean the WD-40 OFF the knife and then you lubricate it? What am I missing here? I.... I boil out the crap like old oil, pocket lint, fuzz, etc. out of these knives, then I lube them and protect them with Mineral oil which is food safe and non toxic. 5 knives at a time. hitting 50 today. Help me out.

2025年1月24日 · Pour out the nasty water, dry the pocket knife good and use a hair dryer if need be, then oil with the ONLY OIL SAFE FOR KNIFE USE....MINERAL OIL. If you dont know already, mineral oil is the only safe oil for knives that may contact food. Scrub out the knife if there is still bad stuff inside, but the hot water should take care of all the oils.
